From components to calibrated instrument.
Instrument assembly and calibration workflow
WELK Level assembles level instruments from checked sensors, housings, probes, antennas, chambers, cables and electronics. Each order is reviewed against the agreed measuring range, process connection, wetted material, output signal and site environment before assembly begins.
Radar and ultrasonic instruments are configured for range, display, output and relay logic. Hydrostatic level probes are checked for cable length, diaphragm material and sealing. Magnetic level gauges are reviewed for chamber material, float density, mounting orientation, transmitter and switch options.
Outgoing checks focus on wiring, parameter setting, appearance, labeling, accessory completeness and packing protection. For export orders, manuals, calibration records and packing photos can be prepared when requested at the RFQ stage.
