How each order is checked.
Three inspection gates
Incoming parts are checked before assembly, including sensor modules, housings, process connections, cables, chambers, floats, seals and electronic boards. Materials and dimensions are compared with the confirmed order requirements.
In-process inspection covers wiring, sealing, display and output setup, range configuration, switch action and basic calibration checks. Instruments that require project-specific settings are reviewed against the RFQ data before release.
Outgoing inspection confirms appearance, nameplate, accessories, documents, packing protection and shipment marks. Calibration records, photos and certificates of conformity can be included with the shipment documents when specified.
