Contact WELK Level.

Send medium, measuring range, tank or silo dimensions, process connection, output signal and quantity. WELK Level reviews the level measurement conditions before quoting a radar, ultrasonic, hydrostatic, magnetic, guided wave radar or level switch solution.

Send level conditions, we check the model.

Optional: up to 5 files, 10 MB combined (PDF, photos, CAD, ZIP). For larger packages, submit the form first, then email your files.

RFQ checklist· 02

What helps engineering quote accurately.

Medium and vessel

Liquid, slurry, powder or granule; tank height, silo height, nozzle size, side/top mounting, agitator, foam, vapor, dust or buildup.

Operating conditions

Measuring range, pressure, temperature, density or dielectric constant if known, corrosion risk, cleaning requirement and hazardous-area requirement.

Signal and control

4-20 mA, HART, RS-485 Modbus, relay, PNP/NPN/NAMUR, local display, controller, alarm logic, power supply and PLC or telemetry interface.

Material and connection

Thread, flange, bracket, cable, probe, antenna, diaphragm, chamber or float material, plus any lining or anti-corrosion requirement.

Files and photos

Tank drawings, silo sketches, old datasheets, nameplates, wiring photos and installation photos help prevent wrong technology selection.

Order and documentation

Quantity, target delivery time, OEM label, packing requirement, calibration record, certificate of conformity and inspection-photo needs.

Contact FAQ· 03

Before you send an RFQ.

Send medium, range, tank or silo dimensions, pressure, temperature, process connection, output signal, power supply, quantity and installation photos if available.

Yes. If the requested product looks unsuitable for foam, vapor, dust, pressure, corrosion or solids, WELK will explain the concern and suggest a safer technology.

Yes. Small files can be uploaded in the inquiry form. For large or confidential files, submit the form first and then email the files with your company or project reference.

Yes. OEM label, model code, documentation and packing can be reviewed for repeat orders or distributor projects after the technical specification is confirmed.

Typical response time is within the published business-hour window. Complex applications may need an additional engineering review before a final model and price are confirmed.
